For our customer in Zwijnaarde, Fujitsu is looking for an Onsite Support Engineer:



📍 Job Title: Onsite Support Engineer

📅 Start Date: September 2025

🕐 Duration: 6 months

📌 Location: Onsite at Zwijnaarde

🗣 Languages: Dutch + Good English





🧩 Project Overview


Our customer is launching two company-wide hardware refresh projects:


  • A smartphone (iPhone) replacement initiative
  • A laptop replacement rollout


Every employee will receive a brand-new device set, and we’re looking for an Onsite Support Engineer to help make the transition smooth, efficient, and user-friendly.



🎯 Your Role


As Onsite Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to person for scheduling, device handovers, and first-line support. Your focus will be on clear communication, technical readiness, and ensuring every employee walks away with a properly staged device and the confidence to use it.



🛠 Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate device exchanges: Book appointments with employees to plan their hardware swap
  • Provide 1st line support: Ensure new laptops and smartphones are correctly staged and operational
  • Assist users: Answer basic technical or usability questions related to their new devices
  • Communicate effectively: Keep both employees and IT teams informed throughout the rollout
  • Log issues: Escalate non-basic problems to the appropriate support level



What You Bring


  • Dutch speaker with good command of English
  • Solid communication and coordination skills
  • Customer-focused, patient, and service-minded
  • Basic technical knowledge of laptops (Windows) and iPhones (iOS)
  • Previous experience in a support or IT helpdesk environment
